DESIGN FOR SMALL SPACES 

Makes sense of space. Every inch in this one-bedroom condo duplex apartment counts. The space was cleverly set up to acommodate adequate kitchen worktop space, TV corner, bookcase and a 6 seater dining space at ground level.  The bookcase was continued towards level 2 to make the apartment looks taller. The living, study and bedroom space out proportionally for each activities to carried out without any compromise.

Sophisticate-modern feel was the concept direction. Natural material like stone and marble textured surface were used to elevate the expensive look. Another natural material – a strong reddish wood was mixed to form the overall colour scheme of the apartment.
